The moment he meets Mickey Mouse for the first time. The twinkle in her eyes when she sees Cinderella’s castle. The smell of popcorn as the music starts for the next parade down Main Street. I love helping families like yours enjoy these magical memories. With my extensive knowledge and experience I will help you create a magical vacation that you will enjoy and cherish for a lifetime.

My most cherished childhood memory is eating a Matterhorn sundae at Disneyland on Main Street USA waiting for the Main Street Electrical Parade to begin. I can still smell the hot fudge as it melted the mint chocolate chip ice cream and my excitement as the first twinkle of lights came around the corner. My dad would hoist me on his shoulders, and we would dance along to the enchanting music and wave to Mickey Mouse.

As a child Disneyland was our big vacation. Growing up I loved everything Disney, from movies to collectibles, I even worked as a Cast Member at the Disney Store. Catching the latest vault release was a tradition, from Pinocchio to Snow White, we didn’t miss a single movie. Disney was something I was passionate about and that passion grew over time.

As an adult, I discovered my love for travel. From Hawaii to Europe and so many places in between, I traveled extensively in my late 20’s and early 30’s and caught the travel bug. I enjoyed each trip in its own right…from learning about Italian history in Rome to thinking about nothing on the beaches in Hawaii. I learned to appreciate each destination for the amazing experience it provided to me.

My most cherished passion is my family. I am happily married to my husband Hugh and have a beautiful and amazing daughter. The day my daughter was born changed my life forever. My purpose in life changed, my focus became my family. Suddenly a career in corporate America did not seem so important and I knew I wanted to find a way to provide for my family, but in a more meaningful way.

In 2015 my passions were brought together when we decided to take my, then, three-year-old daughter on her first trip to Walt Disney World. This was my first trip as well and I researched and planned for months. I had every detail laid out. I will never forget the twinkle in my daughter’s eye as Cinderella’s Castle came into view or how she embraced Mickey Mouse when she met him for the first time. These memories will be in my heart forever and I truly cherished every moment of that vacation.

When I came back from our trip, I found myself a bit melancholy, missing the excitement of planning a trip. I immediately started planning our next trip along with several more trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland for family and friends. I will never forget the day my husband commented that I should look at doing this full time. He noticed how happy it made me and how good I was at it. That comment brought me to Believe in Magic Travel, LLC where I am an independent travel agent making magical memories for families like yours.
